About LEslie

Leslie has had a life long journey working in healthcare. Starting in college, training and working first as an EMT and then a Physical Therapy Assistant. A wholistic nutrition course based in Traditional Chinese Medicine ultimately led her find Chinese Medicine.

Leslie is a Board Certified Acupuncturist with a Masters in Acupuncture from the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine. She received her Diplomate of Asian Bodywork Therapy from The Wellspring School and is trained in Amma, Tui Na and Shiatsu bodywork therapies.

Leslie has 18 years of bodywork and Chinese Medicine experience and has worked for over ten years as strength and conditioning trainer and led classes in mobility and self mobilization for injury treatment and prevention.

Leslie specializes in pain and injury treatment. As someone who loves all manner of outdoor pursuits, she particularly enjoys helping outdoor enthusiasts of all ages and abilities in support of their goals. She combines all areas of her training in an effort to help prevent and recover from illness, injury and pain and to support wellbeing and performance.
